The City has contracted with HdL Companies to perform our business license renewal and application process, and as the platform we will use for online business applications now and in the future. The renewal notices businesses received from them indicate a mailing address in Fresno, CA. The renewal notices from HdL Companies are legitimate.
Businesses are encouraged to renew their business license online following the link and instructions provided in the renewal notice. This will expedite processing of your business license. However, mail-in payment is also accepted at the mailing address indicated in the notice. HdL Companies will issue the business license on our behalf to you by mail.
