Scotts Valley Active Transportation Plan

We want to hear from you! Join us for a public meeting on Thursday, October 24th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at the Scotts Valley Senior Center, 370 Kings Village Road, Scotts Valley, to learn about the Active Transportation Plan process and give your input on ways to improve walking and bicycling in Scotts Valley.

Free dinner, childcare and Spanish translation will be provided.

Over the next 18 months, the City of Scotts Valley will develop an Active Transportation Plan to provide a roadmap for future improvements for walking and bicycling. The overall goals of the plan are to develop strategies to allow residents to safely walk and bike for daily trips and to help the City secure grant funding to build future projects. The Active Transportation Plan is a partnership between the City of Scotts Valley, Ecology Action, and Bike Santa Cruz County, and is funded through a Caltrans Sustainable Communities Transportation Planning Grant.
