The City invites qualified firms to submit written proposals to provide and implement
a cloud-based CMMS meeting the specifications in Attachment A.  

This RFP describes the rules for preparing and submitting proposals and the City’s
requirements for the CMMS system. Proposer shall submit a written proposal, which
presents the Proposer’s qualifications and understanding of the work to be
performed. The proposal should be prepared simply and economically and should
provide all the information which is considered pertinent to the Proposer’s
qualifications for the project and responsive to the Scope of Services and Evaluation
Criteria listed herein. Emphasis should be placed on completeness of services offered
and clarity of content.
